Warranty Information
We Stand Behind Our Parts
All parts sold by CO Eagles Used Truck Parts are used/salvage parts. We inspect and describe each part accurately. Our warranty terms are designed to give you confidence in your purchase.
Standard Warranty
Most mechanical parts carry a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects not disclosed at the time of sale. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
Engine Warranty
Engines include a 30-day startup warranty. The engine must be installed by a qualified mechanic. Evidence of proper installation may be required for warranty claims. Oil analysis records are a plus.
Electrical / ECM Parts
Electronic and ECM parts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. We test electrical components when possible and will note any known issues. Returns are accepted within 7 days if the part is unused.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover: labor costs for installation or removal, damage from improper installation, parts that have been modified, or damage from accidents or misuse.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will work to resolve the issue through replacement or credit.
Return Policy
Unused parts in their original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus restocking fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Core charges may apply for certain parts like engines and transmissions.
